This scared me so much as a kid.
It was like the Tales of the Crypt-keeper for PBS.
Now, of course, I adore it.

The best part of my morning by far was sitting on the sofa with the 65-pound dog asleep in my lap, watching my friendly neighborhood mass-murdering cat tear the fur off of a squirrel it killed and devour it’s skull.
It was like a cross between Animal Planet: Singles Edition and CSI: Backyard.
Need more hobbies.

I always thought this was such a wonderful metaphor for a woman telling a man she loves him by offering up her heart as the ultimate show of her faith in him and the price of that.

Cemetary Graveyards Clouds Green Mountains Spooky Photography Awesome Creepy Things Stone
I just realized that if you get cremated after death, there will be no body to find, so, thousands of years from now— if the Earth even gets there before self-imploding from our greed— archaeologists and descendants wouldn’t be able to dig us up and examine our bones for clues of who we were or what we did and what life for us was like, like we do with the Egyptians and the Neanderthals and our ancestors. This just COMPLETELY made me pause and reconsider my plans for post-breathing life.
…I’m morbid, and you’ve got to appreciate that in me.

That, and Anamalia, which is also a bit creepy at times in it’s own right.
