Best episodes of Supernatural ever:

“Bad Day At Black Rock,”

“Monster Movie” (HELLO! Winchesters at Oktoberfest and classic monster movie mash-up; what could ever be better?!), and

“Live Free Or Twi-Hard” (because what if that really WAS what Stephanie Meyers has accomplished through Twilight? And, I mean, everything before the credits…is that really what today’s teenage girls are after? Scarily enough, I think it is. And THAT, my friends, is why this episode is downright TERRIFYING.). 

There are lots of other episodes that are great for the scare/lore factors, but I think those three take the cake as far as brilliant writing go.
